We define the balance of goods, stocks and packaging materials of self-service as well as retail outlet entities so to provide reliable information on the goods and packaging materials contained in books and in financial statements.
Stocktaking carried out in retail outlets aims to:
- define the actual quantity and the value of stocks in a given retail outlet on a given day
- compare the actual balance with the balance in the books of accounts
- calculate the differences in value against the natural losses (if such losses have been admitted for a given outlet)
Fixed assets stocktaking
We render services consisting of defining the actual balance and the number of fixed assets owned by an entity as well as of checking their classification and marking.
The inventory of fixed assets is carried out based on a client’s database and on the existing bar codes. If the required bar codes are lacking we establish the record with bare codes from the very beginning.
Fixed assets stocktaking comprises:
- items of property entered into books of accounts
- assets entered into off-balance register used by a business entity based, for instance, on operating leasing or contract of lease or rent
Fixed assets stocktaking aims to:
- establish their actual state
- establish the ownership of items of property and in particular of real estate assets and land (for instance assets having been leased or rented) and to settle up persons who bear material responsibility
- define assets designated to be liquidated, assets that have become useless, that are unserviceable, superfluous and it also aims to reveal alterations, modernisations etc.
